Getting over Jetlag
There is no one recipe to help you get over jetlag, but here are a few tips and tricks that usually help.
No matter where you are flying to, try to stay awake past 10pm when you arrive.
If you can’t fall asleep, try and at least lay in bed and drink some tea, take a hot bath.
Sleep on longer flights - it makes all the difference.
If you arrive at your destination and it’s still light outside, go for a walk.
Exercise - even when you don’t feel like it, it really does help. Best way is to book a class at a near by studio.
Coffee, coffee and more coffee, sometimes I actually prefer sipping on green tea as it gives me a less jittery feeling.
Try to stick to a regular sleep schedule, e.g. go to bed after 10pm, wakeup around 8am.
Drink a lot of water.
